    Confront? Question? Demand?

Why do  I  personally bother to attend and speak out at  Rep. Derek Kilmer’s Town Hall Meetings?

Someone’s  GOT TO DO IT … speak  out publicly, in front of the local news media on THE FEDERAL UNMENTIONABLES.

Someone’s  got to  confronted him with the evidence, ask the hard questions, compel him to face or consider something and  demand answers.

As our elected rep. in WA DC Rep. Derek Kilmer is responsible to us.

WHAT WILL  KILMER  DO IN RESPONSE TO

    THE FEDERAL UNMENTIONABLES?

    1. The ISIS terrorist attacks, 62% of Americans are VERY CONCERNED?

    2.  How Is he going to VOTE to prevent the Olympic Peninsula Electronic WAR GAMES. from destroying our entire coastline of public land? And, the entire coastline from Alaska to Mexico?

    3.   How Is he going to VOTE on the FINANCIAL immigration  Crisis? Dec 3, 2014 – Seventeen states filed a joint lawsuit in federal court Wednesday to try blocking President Barack Obama’s executive order on immigration.

    4.  How is he going to VOTE to reform the Obamacare debacle?

    5. Is he going to address the economic crisis created by SUE AND SETTLE?  (ESA)  taking of public and private land, in violation of the Administrate Procedure Act

    6. Is he going to demand JUSTICE from the JUSTICE DEPARTMENT?

    7.  Is he going to support the return of individual states Sovereignty, to the States, of the United States of America? So we can “MIND OUR OWN BUSINESS”

    8. Rep Kilmer put it in writing,  I’ll continue my fight during this Congress to put our government back in the hands of “We the People.”

    —————————————————————————————-

OK, REP. KILMER, THIS IS WHAT WE THE PEOPLE WANT?

WHAT REPRESENTATIVE FEEDBACK ARE WE GOING TO GET FROM YOU?

We the People of the United States, in Order to RE-FORM a more perfect Union,

MUST RE- ESTABLISH The  Constitution of  the United States of America.

    MUST RE-ESTABLISH JUSTICE,

    MUST INSURE DOMESTIC TRANQUILITY

MUST PROVIDE FOR THE COMMON DEFENSE

    MUST PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE

MUST RE-SECURE the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity,

We do ordain and MUST INSIST ON  the RE-ESTABLISHMENT of the Constitution for the United States of America.

Rep. Kilmer Newsletter, below,  states,  I’ll be holding six town hall meetings so I can hear directly from you elected Rep. Kilmer will be holding six town hall meetings so I can hear directly from you. I want to stress these town halls are open to the public, and I encourage everyone to attend.

It’s time to bring sanity back?

    Despite the overall dysfunction?

I’ll continue my fight during this Congress to put our government back in the hands of “We the People.”

Make the government more transparent and responsive?

    ————————————————————

I, personally, SHALL continue my fight to put our federal, state and local governments  accountable and back in the hands of “We the People.”

Even if I have to go it alone, with my boots on the ground and making public comments  at public forums.

And, on my website behindmyback.org  in cyberspace

Jan. 10, 2015  My after ATTENDING comments

It was a most unusual day (I had never rallied before)

CAMARADERIE prevailed,   a sense of community, the COPS came and stayed, we were defined by the the company we were keeping and the signs that we carried. We were endorsed  and encouraged  by the HONKING OF HORNS, THE THUMBS UP  AND COMMENTS from  like minded law abiding  American citizens, We were all PROUD to be representing a our local community in a rally to support of law enforcement

A Sequim Gazette reporter and photographer did show up at the rally.

Of course I made a comment to them, it’s my personal sacrifice.

I can hardly wait to see what the Sequim Gazette puts in print?

Remember what the local reporters did with my “ECOLOGY SUCKS” comment?

Friday Jan. 9, 2015 marked National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day

    Posted: Jan 09, 2015 6:44 PM PST Updated: Jan 09, 2015 9:07 PM PST

SCOTT COUNTY, MO (KFVS) – You may have noticed a lot of blue around Heartland cities on Friday, Jan. 9.

Many joined in a nationwide effort to show support for law enforcement.

Friday marks Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, or L-E-A-D.

Americans were encouraged to show their support for police officers, and many took up that call in Scott County.

Deputies were treated to breakfast and lunch by local businesses and schools.

Recent findings show 780,000 Americans pin on a badge every day and go out to serve and protect.

On average, between around 100 and 200 officers die in the line of duty each year.

With recent months of polarizing events, pitting some citizens against police, law enforcement officials say this day of appreciation means a lot.

“It was good. I mean a lot of times when people deal with us they don’t see the positive side of law enforcement sometimes,” said Senior Deputy Matt Scroggins with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office. “So it’s nice to know that people realize we’re not all bad guys.”

Students also wrote thank you cards to officers which now hang at the sheriff’s office.

01/09/15 – Greater Kansas City AFL-CIO …. For more information on National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, please click here to watch the public service …

The National Fraternal Order of Police has partnered with C.O.P.S. and law enforcement associations across America on a National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day scheduled for

January 9th, 2015. Please share this information with members in your states.

In light of recent negativity directed toward law enforcement nationally, there is a need to show law enforcement officers that our citizens recognize the difficult and sometimes impossible career they have chosen, in public service to us all.

Can you imagine going to work each day and wondering if you’ll survive your shift and see your family that night? Most people can’t. But in law enforcement, this is a fact of life. Each day 780,000 police officers across our country put a badge on and go to work knowing they may face extremely dangerous situations. Yet, they go to work anyway. Being a law enforcement officer is not just a job, it is a calling. The pay is low, the hours can be terrible, and there is sometimes little appreciation for what you do. Yet, they do it anyway.

What the public doesn’t see is the lengths law enforcement takes to keep our communities safe. On average, between 105 and 203 officers die in the line of duty each year, 50,000 officers are assaulted in the line of duty each year, 14,000 officers are injured in the line of duty each year, and over 300 officers commit suicide each year. There is no other profession in the world, except possibly the military, where you will find these kinds of statistics.

Being a law enforcement officer truly is an impossible job. You must be professional, courteous, caring and yet be ready to protect the public at all times. You must be prepared to make life and death decisions at a moment’s notice. You take an amazing amount of abuse at times, but have to view this abuse as just “part of the job.” You do not have the liberty to express your emotions during many situations.

Law enforcement officers play such an integral part in our society; without them, chaos would reign. Have you ever thought about what you would do if you were in trouble – a car accident, a home invasion, an assault – and you did not have someone to call for help? No matter how much abuse law enforcement takes, they continue to do their job, and do it well. They are the guardians of our way of life and they deserve our support.

On January 9th, we call our nation’s citizens to action in support of law enforcement. Those citizens who appreciate law enforcement and are discouraged about the negative attention being given, are encouraged take time on Friday, January 9th to show their support. Support can be shown in a number of ways:

    • Change your profile picture on social media to the .jpg image at the beginning of this proposal
    • See a police officer? Thank a police officer
    • Wear blue clothing in support of law enforcement
    • Send a card of support to your local police department or state agency
    • Share a positive story about a positive law enforcement experience on social media

  • NYPD Shooting Consequences

I am haunted by the Facebook message from Jaden Ramos, the teenage son of NYPD Officer Ramos, that shows the heartbreaking devastation that this crime has caused.

“TODAY IS THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE,” 13-year-old Jaden Ramos posted on Facebook about the slaying of his father, NYPD Officer Rafael Ramos.

“Today I had to say bye to my father,” the teenager wrote. “He was (there) for me every day  of my life, he was the best father I could ask for.

It’s horrible that someone gets shot dead just for being a police officer.

Everyone says they hate cops but they are the people that they call for help.

I will always love you and I will never forget you. RIP Dad.”

    To: whom it may concern

As most of us have been reading in the news, lately, the police officers in our country have taken a lot of flack for just doing their job.  The incidents in Ferguson, MO; Staten Island etc. were caused by people resisting lawful arrest, not RACISM on the part of the officers involved.  The officers actions were reviewed by the appropriate grand juries and no cause was found to charge the officers.

The riots and rallies against supposed police racism were actually agitated by anarchists, communists and black racists seeking to cause chaos in our cities.

In keeping with the Fraternal Order of Police communication below, concerned citizens will be rallying on Friday, 01/09/15, between 12:00 noon and 2:00PM on the corners of Sequim Avenue and Washington Street in cosmopolitan downtown Sequim.

Some suggested slogans for the homemade signs for the event are: “Blue Lives Matter”, “Cops Lives Matter”, “It was resisting arrest – not racism” and “If I had a son he would look just like Officer Darren Wilson Ferguson MOPD.  The folks receiving this email could undoubtedly come up with many other appropriate slogans. Attendees could possibly wear blue clothing and bring American flags.

Let’s try and tune in some of our tuned out fellow citizens.  Feel free to pass this around to your email lists.
